Setup instructions

  1. Click Copy HTML on your signature above.
  2. Open Gmail, go to Settings (gear icon) then See all settings.
  3. Under the General tab, scroll to Signature and click Create new.
  4. In the signature editor, click the source / HTML icon </>.
  5. Paste the copied HTML and click Save changes.
  1. Save the HTML to a .html file and open it in Safari.
  2. Select all content (Cmd+A) and copy (Cmd+C).
  3. In Apple Mail, go to Mail then Settings then Signatures.
  4. Click + to create a new signature, then paste (Cmd+V) into the editor.
  5. Assign the signature to your account and close settings.
  1. Click Copy HTML on your signature above and save as signature.html.
  2. In Outlook (Mac or Windows), go to Preferences then Signatures.
  3. Click + to create a new signature.
  4. Open the saved .html file in a browser, select all, copy, then paste into the Outlook editor.
  5. Name the signature and set it as default for new emails.
